This component was a project to modernize a client's onboarding workflow, initially developed in 2018 using vanilla JS.

Used React state hooks, useEffect, and the YouTube Player API to synchronize video playback, countdown timers (with React Countdown Circle Timer), and user instructions. The GSAP library and ScrollTo plugin facilitated automatic scroll animations for each step.

This modernized implementation simplified and modularized the component, making it reusable and ensuring fine-grained control over video synchronization and user interaction.
